In a photograph possibly dating from the 1960s, preserved in the Dúchas archive (negative no. 73; see illustration [p. 300]), the stone is shown built into the east interior wall of the church to the right of slab 1 [TOURP/21], above slab 2 [TOURP/2]. The stone presumably fell out of the wall and dissappeared before repair work was done to the east wall in 1986-87'. |
