| Palaeography: | CISP: The lettering is Insular half-uncial. The A's are both in the 'OC' form. The D and second O both have heart-shaped bows, the ascender of the D bending to the left over this bow. The E is in the closed minuscule form. The Ns both have flat top-strokes, with short strokes to the left from the top of the left-most ascender. Similar short strokes appear on the M, I, F and L. The R is majuscule, as is the F. |
